What Does the following Stool Test Result Mean?

hi good morning sir,
i am feeling pain right side of upper abdomen sometimes its happened in left side of abdomen since 3 months. ultrasound report is ok, stool report- consistency loose, undigested +, mucus +, pus cells ++, what should i do? i checked with MS . what shoud i do? please advice me?

1. Stool test is done to to help diagnose certain infection affecting the digestive tract [infection from parasites/virus/bacterial], as pus cells are normally found in healthy stool but are not visible to the naked eyes, however if they are seen thus exclude Irritable Bowel Syndrome [IBS], Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's disease, an anal fissure,or a bacterial infection, obstructed bowel.

2. As ultrasonography came out to be normal and also checked with a MS it could be a small or large intestine infection, thus if you are passing stools of abnormal color, seek immediate medical treatment as this will help you avoid complications and make an earlier recovery from the condition.
